If you are unhappy with how we have handled your enquiry, tell us by phone or using the contact page and we will reply within a reasonable time and look into it.

Complaints about contractors

If your complaint is about the work of a contractor, raise it with them first. If they hold a licence or accreditation, their accrediting body or the HSE can advise on further steps. We will pass on your concern if you ask us to.
